Despite wonderful surfing will drag your full attantion beeing a guest of Maranga Surf Camps offers a wide range of activities! We are sure that there is something for everyone! Every trip is being accompanied by one of our personnel who knows the area, the specific landmarks and the local specialties of the particular place being visited. During the main season, we often travel with coaches, in big groups.

We offer everything, from a trip to Bordeaux, Frances wine capital, to the sangria party in San Sebastian or just to relax on Biarritz's impressing beach! If you like, our spot guides will bring you to some of the desolated surf spots.

SAN SEBASTIAN/SPAIN
San Sebastian is the city which once, used to be the place where the Spanish high nobility spent time during their summer holiday. In the Rio of Spain, we will mingle with the colourful people and will climb up the Spanish sugar loaf Monte Urgull. Smarty pants will have a quick look into the marine science museum with a dazzling underwater world. In the evenings we will meet in the old city which is free of cars, eat Tapas y Raciones and party a legendary Sangria party until late at night.
Our trip to the cultural capital of the Basque region - San Sebastian, has become the one cultic-trip. Why? Because San Sebastian is one of the most impressive cities on the Atlantic coast!
ROCK FOOD NIGHT IN HOSSEGOR
We drive you to the Rock Food Hossegor, you rock! The Rock Food is one of the most famous bars in the surf scene at the beach from La Nord and has absolute cult status! It is not surprising if a premier of a new surf movie is being held one night or to spot one of the surf pros without a board under their arms!
Hossegor, or rather the beach promenade from La Nord, has even more to offer: Here you will find bars, discos, and a lot of fast-food restaurants. During the big surf contests, open-air events are being organised on the promenade!!
BIARRITZ/BAYONNE
Once Napoleons favourite bathing resort, Biarritz now combines Frances high society with easygoing surf culture. We will start at the lighthouse and enjoy the wonderful view of the city and the beach, which can not be placed in a more stunning cliff scenario. Biarritz is a traditional health resort for the rich and famous and thus it is not surprising that you will find wonderful little castles and middle age buildings on almost every corner of the city. The bravest among you will jump down the 15m high cliffs, into the refreshing ocean. The marine biology museum in Biarritz offers an impressive view into the underwater world of the Atlantic.
BORDEAUX AND THE DUNE DU PYLA
In one of Europe's longest pedestrian zones, the most cutting edge boutiques and chic jewellery stores will fight for every costumer. In the Maison du Vin one can find out everything about the famous Bordeaux wine for free and try it out. In Bordeaux you will be able to experience typical French flair and you will get the chance to include a bit of culture in your beach holiday!
After a relaxing evening we will visit one of the biggest and prettiest piles of sand throughout all of Europe, the Dune du Pyla, where we will bluster around until the wonderful sunset or will try out one of the rather exceptional summer sports. Sandboarding! Who does not want to experience the ultimate fun of snowboarding during the summer? The solution is fairly simple - you just have to verify the underground.
